Warning: This article discusses infant loss, which some readers may find distressing.
Snoop Dogg’s daughter, Cori Broadus, has shared heartbreaking news confirming the death of her infant daughter. Cori, 26, announced on Instagram Stories on January 31 that her 10-month-old daughter, Codi Dreaux, had passed away. “Monday; I lost the love of my life. My Codi,” she wrote, adding an angel wing emoji.
Codi was born three months premature in February 2025 and spent her entire life in the neonatal intensive care unit. Cori had previously celebrated being able to bring her baby home, sharing a photo of herself holding Codi and thanking supporters for their prayers and messages of love.
Cori is Snoop Dogg’s youngest child and his only daughter with his wife of 28 years, Shante Broadus. Codi’s father, Wayne Deuce, also paid tribute on social media, writing that he had been heartbroken since losing his daughter but found comfort in believing she was at peace.

Cori first revealed her pregnancy in December 2024, explaining that it was considered high-risk. After Codi’s premature birth, she spoke openly about the emotional challenges she faced, while expressing gratitude for her daughter’s strength.
Following the birth, Cori also shared that she had undergone a C-section after developing HELLP syndrome, a serious pregnancy complication.
